“Sisters always fight over clothes — and the Olsens are no exception!” begins a piece from Star, which claims that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are fighting with their younger sister Elizabeth over her fashion choices.
Huh?
A so-called “family pal” explains, “When Elizabeth first started out she always wore Mary-Kate and Ashley’s fashion lines.”
“But now that Elizabeth is famous, she’s wearing other lines,” notes the alleged friend.
Star goes on to add that in order to prevent a “sartorial smack-down,” the Olsens’ mother “had to tell the girls to stop arguing over who’s wearing who [sic].”
No, she didn’t.
Elizabeth has been photographed on a number of recent occasions wearing her sisters’ lines The Row and Elizabeth and James, as well as other designers.
And Mary-Kate and Ashley, like all fashionistas, also wear many other labels in addition to their own creations.
A rep for the Olsen sisters tells Gossip Cop there’s “no truth” to the tab’s silly fashion feud tale.
Star is guilty of yet another faux pas.
