“Bachelorette” star Kasey Kahl has been arrested and jailed for a bar fight he had in January, during which he allegedly attacked a couple while drunk and high on paint thinner, Gossip Cop confirms.
As we reported when the incident occurred, the reality star was accused of attacking a man outside of a California club, and then hitting the man’s girlfriend in the nose when she tried to intervene.
Now, months later, prosecutors have charged Kahl with felony assualt.
He was arrested on Friday morning and booked at Orange County Jail.
The “Bachelor Pad” alum was charged with two counts of felony assault, one count of battery with serious bodily injury, and one count of public intoxication.
Police believe Kahl was under the influence of toluene, an inhalant found in paint thinner, at the time of the alleged attack, says TMZ.
Kahl, who faces up to eight years in jail if convicted on all counts, denies he was under the influence.
He has since been released on bail.
Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Kahl for comment.
