“American Idol” offered its most bizarre audition so far this season on Wednesday’s episode, which featured a man named Magic Cyclops.
The self-professed singer, supposedly from Iowa even though he spoke with a British-sounding accent, stunned the judges with his rendition of Neil Diamond’s “Cracklin Rose.”
Randy Jackson seemed so confused and offended that he actually walked out.
Needless to say, Magic Cyclops was not one of the 31 contestants who received tickets to Hollywood during the Aspen, Colorado auditions.
