Kim Kardashian 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries was not all in vain.
The reality star, appearing in a Kardashian family special of “Oprah’s Next Chapter,” tells Winfrey she’s a “changed person” for the better after her divorce from Humphries.

Kardashian reveals, “I feel like I’ve had an epiphany over the last year for what I’ve been through.”
“I’m totally growing up,” she says, explaining that the people she chooses to surround herself with now, post-divorce, are “wiser, a little bit older than me.”
One of those new people is of course her boyfriend, Kanye West.
Kardashian admits, “Before [the divorce]… all my boyfriends were younger, I always dated five years younger.”
Now, she says she “loves that I’m with someone who’s a couple years older than me.”
Winfrey then asks, “Is Kanye West the new fairy tale?”
