Since Thanksgiving can fall anytime between November 22-28, depending on the year, a number of celebrities have celebrated the holiday along with their birthdays. Check out a list below of 11 stars who have celebrated a birthday on Thanksgiving!
Scarlett Johansson was born on November 22, 1984, which was Thanksgiving that year. She’s one of a few celebrities on this list who was born on the actual holiday. The actress shares a birthday with her Avengers co-star Mark Ruffalo, who was born the day before the holiday in 1967, but has eaten turkey and birthday cake a few times since.
Hailey Baldwin and Jamie Lee Curtis were also born on the 22nd. The former was born in 1996, while the latter was born in 1957. Both of them missed Thanksgiving by nearly a week on their birth years, but got to celebrate the holiday and their birthdays simultaneously in recent years in 2002, 2007, and 2012.
Miley Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992, while Snooki made her appearance on November 23, 1987. Though both women were born three days before Thanksgiving on their respective years, they each got to enjoy their birthday on Thanksgiving 2000 and 2006. Katherine Heigl was born the day after Thanksgiving on November 24, 1978, while Sarah Hyland was born two days after the holiday on November 24, 1990. But the actresses will both be blowing out birthday candles on Thanksgiving 2016!
Thanksgiving Day 1971 fell on November 25, which was also the day the world welcomed Christina Applegate. Rita Ora has the distinction of being the one celebrity on this list whose birthday falls on Thanksgiving 2015, having been born on November 26, 1990. And finally, Jon Stewart was born nearly a week after Thanksgiving on November 28, 1962. Still, he’s celebrated his birthday and Thanksgiving together in 1963, 1974, 1985, 1991, 1996, 2002, and 2013.
