The 2016 American Music Awards will kick off on Sunday with a red carpet pre-show. Gossip Cop has a live stream below!
While the AMAs ceremony doesn’t air on ABC until 8 p.m. Eastern, the festivities will actually start two hours before. Outside the Microsoft Theater, the biggest names in music (not to mention celebs from movies and television) will mix and mingle while posing for the cameras and doing on-the-spot interviews. And fans can watch it all go down on the official pre-show, called “Coca-Cola Red Carpet LIVE! @ The 2016 AMAs.”
The online-only event will stream live and feature not one, not two but EIGHT hosts. Leading the charge is Rocsi Diaz, who will be joined by returning red carpet co-hosts Bailee Madison and Kira Kazantsev. George Kotsiopoulos of “Fashion Police” will also take part, along with Laura Marano, Jeannie Mai, AJ Gibson, and Roshon Fegan.
Together, they’ll spotlight all the star-studded arrivals and striking styles. Expect to see cameo appearances by nominees, performers, presenters, and what’s being called “VIP attendees.” But that’s not all.
The red carpet special will also feature performances from Emeli Sande and Spencer Ludwig. Fans can watch on the AMAs website or the show’s Facebook page, but Gossip Cop will also have the live stream right here, beginning at 6 p.m. Eastern. Stay tuned!
