"This is the truth, and it’s not just cause my friend [hairstylist Serge Normant] happens to be standing to the right," Parker, 51, began on Amazon's Style Code Live (in an episode airing Tuesday, September 27, at 9 p.m. ET.) "I wash my hair with Serge Normant products — that is the dead truth, that is the complete, honest hand-to-the-heart. It's called his 'must-haves.' I use … the [Serge Normant] Meta Silk [Shampoo] … but then I go to bed with a wet head and let the chips fall where they may."

And when her tresses have taken more of a beating because she's on set? "I use the [Serge Normant Meta Morphosis Hair Repair Treatment]. It’s a miracle in a tub," she gushed of the coconut oil–based cream. "You don’t have to use a lot, [and] you can sometimes sleep in it. That’s what I find for me that really saved my hair."

But Parker, who shares three children with her husband, Matthew Broderick, also made sure to caution that every head of hair is unique: "If your hair doesn’t look good when you wake up in the morning, I don’t know what to tell you. I’m sorry about that! Wet it and put it in a bun — just put it in a bun."
