The T3 brand ambassador, who also works with Karla Souza and Victoria's Secret Angel Daniela Braga, broke down Teigen's signature hairstyle — a big and bouncy updo, with a few wisps left loose for a touch of whimsy — step by step. He showed Us every product and tool he uses, and yes, he proved that it can all be done in about 10 minutes.

"[This style] is really good for summer right now. It's so muggy, so hot," Lopez tells Us. "You want to look really cute, so what's your ideal, your go-to? You're like, 'I'm going to throw my hair up into a ponytail!' But the ponytail just looks kind of sloppy. It doesn't look what I call 'on purpose.'"

And all it takes is a few easy tricks. "Little steps you can take to make it look 'on purpose,' and really chic and effortless, is the key here," Lopez notes.
