Hillary Clinton gave a historic speech at the Democratic National Convention on Thursday. Now celebrities are reacting to the momentous event. See stars’ Twitter reactions below.

As Gossip Cop reported, Clinton officially accepted the Democratic nomination for president, becoming the first woman in history to do so. She was introduced by her daughter, Chelsea. And as both spoke, many stars tweeted their reactions.

Oprah tweeted, “Glass ceiling Cracked Wide Open! #HillaryClinton #DemsInPhilly” Along with a photo of Clinton at the convention, Lady Gaga wrote, “Sitting with my mom and sister, so excited for the future of our country with her.” Meanwhile, Julia Louis-Dreyfus quoted Clinton and added her own commentary: “Your cause is our cause.” Perfect. #ImWithHer @HillaryClinton”

Josh Groban wrote, “History. Is. Made. I’m proud of us.” Patton Oswald joked, “Ugh. All these SPECIFICS on how she’ll fix problems. Can’t she just say, ‘Buh-leeve me’ and ‘It’ll be great.’ #DemsinPhilly” Alyssa Milano shared, “Tears! #history #herstory” And Tyra Banks simply tweeted, “Thank YOU!”

Kelly Rowland wrote, “#HERSTORY WAS MADE TODAY!! #ImWithHer”

“A man you can bait with a tweet… Is not a man we can trust with nuclear weapons,” Will Arnett quoted Clinton as saying, adding “perfect” to her statement. Andy Cohen similarly tweeted that remark. Elizabeth Banks offered, “I just keep yelling YES @HillaryClinton #DemsInPhilly @Everytown #noDonaldyoudon’t” And Josh Gad echoed Clinton’s speech when writing, “#NoDonaldYouDont”
