April's fate has been revealed.
In a twist for the upcoming Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens,Syfy let viewers vote on the fate of Tara Reid's character, who was last seen with a piece of space shuttle wreckage hurtling toward her before the screen cut to black.
Fans of the franchise have presumably been waiting with baited breath to learn the outcome. Instead of making them wait for the July 31 premiere, Syfy has released a trailer that answers that question. Watch it below.
Sharknado 4 premieres at 8 p.m. Sunday, July 31. The movie is set five years after the events of Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! Fin (Ian Ziering), his family and the cosmos have been blissfully sharknado-free since then, but now sharks (and the sharknados) are wreaking havoc in places that are completely unexpected.
The cast also includes returning actors David Hasselhoff and Ryan Newman along with Tommy Davidson, Cheryl Tiegs, Gary Busey, Cody Linley, Imani Hakim and Masiela Lusha.
