Britt Lower is setting her sights on Hulu.
The actress, currently a series regular on FXX comedy Man Seeking Woman, has booked a role on Hulu's Golden Globe-nominated Casual.
Casual, currently in production on season two, follows Alex (Tommy Dewey), Valerie (Michaela Watkins) and Laura (Tara Lynne Barr) after a season full of disastrous dates and their parents' wedding, trying to rebuild their lives outside the home. But new friends, business partners, boyfriends and girlfriends can only do so much to distract them from a shared and recurring history of dysfunction.
Lower will recur and portray Sarah Finn, Alex's smart and put-together ex-girlfriend who re-enters his life engaged to a new fiancé.
She joins a cast that also includes Mad Men's Vincent Kartheiser, who will recur on season two of the Hulu comedy Jordan, the head of a venture-capital firm who comes in to work with Alex and who is engaged to Lower's Sarah.
Lower is currently playing Jay Baruchel's sister on FXX comedy Man Seeking Woman. She's repped by UTA, Kirsten Ames Management and Jackoway Tyerman.
Casual, produced by Lionsgate and Right of Way,was created by Zander Lehmann and is executive produced by Jason Reitman, Lehmann, Helen Estabrook and Liz Tigelaar.
