Jamie Foxx met with the father of Brett Kyle, the man who he saved from a burning car wreck on Monday. See a photo below of Brad Kyle embracing the Oscar-winning actor for his heroic feat.
As Gossip Cop reported, Brett skidded off the road and hit a ditch just outside of Foxx’s Hidden Valley home north of Los Angeles. The actor witnessed the car flip upside down right outside his home’s front gate, and immediately jumped to action. He ran outside, where he found the vehicle on fire, and Brett stuck behind the steering wheel.
Foxx pulled the man from the burning car. Brett was then rushed to the hospital with significant burns. It was later discovered that he had been drinking at the time of his accident, and Brett has now been arrested for a DUI.
On Tuesday, Foxx posted an Instagram photo of himself hugging Brett’s grateful dad, along with the caption, “Met the father of the young man from last night today. This is all that matters. That a man, a son, a brother’s life was spared last night. God had his arms wrapped around all of us…No heroes…Just happy fathers.” Check out the photo below that Jamie Foxx shared of his encounter with the rescued crash victim’s father.
