Justin Bieber’s fans are reacting to Drake Bell getting arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. As Gossip Cop has previously reported, the two have been engaged in a years-long feud, and now Bieber’s fans are gleefully tweeting about Drake Bell’s DUI arrest. See twitter reactions below.
As Gossip Cop noted earlier, Bell was pulled over in Glendale, California at around 2 a.m. on Monday after police witnessed his car swerving. He was then immediately arrested after failing a field sobriety test.
Over the years, Bell has repeatedly slammed Bieber and his “Beliebers.” Notably, the actor signed a petition to have the Canadian-born Bieber deported from America, stemming from his January 2014 DUI and drag racing arrest in Miami. Now, in light of Bell’s own DUI arrest, many “Beliebers” are calling out the actor on Twitter for being a hypocrite and expressing their opinion that he had it coming.
A fan named @teambieberauhl tweeted, “Drake Bell got arrested for a DUI yet he was always hating on Justin for getting arrested, look how the tables have turned.” Another user with the handle @Rad1DBelieber agreed, writing, “Well well well Drake Bell made fun of Justin for getting arrested and now look where Drake is now. What goes around comes back around.”
Meanwhile, a Bieber fan with the Twitter account @jbsglory joked, “Let’s start a petition to deport drake bell…send him to an island or something #bieberkarma.” “At least Justin had the money to bail himself out what is drake bell gonna do,” sniped @purposeweeknd. And a Twitter user named @kiddyrhaul tweeted, “Beliebers, Drake Bell is now arrested. Looks like our work here is done.”
