'The Great Christmas Light Fight' and 'The Great Holiday Baking Show' are Monday's lone original telecasts.

Monday night was a veritable orgy of repeats for most of the broadcast networks.

Across all the Big Four and the CW, there were a mere two original offerings: ABC's one-two of The Great Christmas Light Fight and The Great Holiday Baking Show. The hyperbolic block brought in average 1.3 rating (Light) and 1.1 rating (Baking) among adults 18-49 for their respective series. (Those numbers are likely somewhat inflated thanks to NFL preemptions in Detroit.)

Both series aired over the last four weeks. And while the first season of The Great Holiday Baking Show, a second U.S. spin on U.K. phenomenon The Great British Bake Off, pulled modest ratings, it was quite steady.

The quiet TV schedule won't likely perk up for the rest of Christmas week. Aside from the NBA and NFL games on deck, primetime is largely vacant. Tuesday's line new offering is ABC pop culture round-up The Year: 2015.
