Jennifer Garner does NOT spend $5,000 a month on Botox, despite a completely made-up tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this rumor. We’re told it’s “not true.”
According to OK!, the actress’s recent split from Ben Affleck has inspired her to “reinvent herself” with cosmetic work. A so-called “insider” tells the tabloid, “She’s getting help from a plastic surgeon. All of a sudden the wrinkles are gone and her eyes aren’t puffy.” The magazine goes on to allege that Garner spends around $5,000 a month on Botox and fillers, and then quotes its dubious source as saying, “Now she’s hoping she can land some new roles and even some dates.”
Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Garner, and we’re exclusively assured the actress is not undergoing any plastic surgery procedures, and that the tabloid’s story is both “lame” and “not true.”
Similarly lame and untrue were numerous recent OK! stories falsely claiming Garner and Affleck were getting back together, or that she was once again pregnant with his child. Gossip Cop exclusively busted those tales, along with the tabloid’s absurd report claiming Garner was in a feud with Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon and Chelsea Handler. Maybe it’s time for the magazine to find some sources.
