Britney Spears is teaming up with the Rape Crisis Center for the “Party Smart” campaign, an initiative aimed at preventing Las Vegas tourists from becoming victims of sexual assault during the holiday season. Spears, who is currently headlining shows at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will be featured in PSAs, giving visitors safety tips, including the campaign’s tagline, “Arrive Together. Stick Together. Leave Together.”
In a statement about the new initiative, Spears said, “Watching out for your friends and staying together throughout the night is a simple, easy way to party smart.” The singer added, “I am proud to support the ‘Party Smart’ campaign and remind everyone to stay safe while they are living it up in Las Vegas.”
The executive director of the Rape Crisis Center added, “We are so grateful to Britney Spears for supporting Party Smart. We are thrilled to have one of the top entertainers in the world with such a huge fan base help us deliver this important message.”
