Miranda Lambert And Gwen Stefani NOT In “Bitter Fight” Over Blake Shelton

Miranda Lambert Fight Gwen Stefani Blake Shelton

(In Touch)

Miranda Lambert and Gwen Stefani are NOT in a “bitter fight” over Blake Shelton, despite a new tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can bust the report. It’s nothing more than sensationalized drivel.

According to the new issue of In Touch, which hit newsstands on Wednesday, Lambert has “pushed her way into Blake’s life again.” The accompanying stories alleges Stefani found text messages between the exes on Shelton’s phone, leading to a confrontation on “The Voice” set. “Gwen saw it and lost it. She found Blake and asked to speak him privately, but he said he couldn’t right then and there,” claims a so-called “source,” who adds Stefani “had tears running down her face and went and locked herself in her dressing room.”

“Gwen has seen texts between Blake and Miranda,” continues the magazine’s supposed source. “She’s really a mess over this.” But despite initially implying there may be some funny business going on between the former spouses, the piece goes on to insist “Blake has no intention of getting back together with Miranda. He’s crazy about Gwen, and is just being polite and tying up loose ends of their relationship when Miranda texts him.”

And that’s exactly why this cover story is a crock. Shelton has publicly discussed remaining friends with Lambert. Texting would not be any kind of surprise betrayal, and Stefani certainly isn’t “crushed” over the notion. In Touch is simply dramatizing the situation to sell magazines, much like sister publication Life & Style did last month when it falsely claimed Stefani and Lambert were “at war.”

Neither outlet is to be trusted, particularly when In Touch wrongly announced earlier this month that Shelton and Stefani were planning to elope. Just like that “wedding shocker” cover story was completely untrue, so is this new one. We’re told it’s just “garbage” like the rest.
