The Voice Winner Season 9 Results

(NBC)

“The Voice” season 9 winner was announced on Tuesday! Get all the results here and see video of the winning moment below!

As Gossip Cop reported, the Top 4 finalists — Jordan Smith (Team Adam), Barrett Baber (Team Blake), Emily Ann Roberts (Team Blake), and Jeffery Austin (Team Gwen) — had their last chance to win over America on Monday. Frontrunner Smith was the only artist to receive two standing ovations from the entire panel, while Blake Shelton predicted Roberts could pull an upset. Baber, of course, doubled the chance that Shelton would be the winning coach, while Austin had the opportunity to make Gwen Stefani the first female coach to win in the history of the NBC music competition.

As per usual, the two-hour season finale was jammed packed with performances from special guests (including Justin Bieber, Missy Elliott, Coldplay, and The Weeknd), and well, a lot of fluff. And despite Carson Daly repeatedly teasing that the results would be coming up, it wasn’t until TK that the moment of truth began. And at that point, it was revealed Austin had finished in fourth place.

It was then announced that Baber was in third place. That left Smith (Team Adam) and Roberts (Team Blake) as the final two. And SMITH WON!

Gossip Cop will have video of the winning moment shortly. TELL US: Are you happy with the season 9 winner?
