Jennifer Aniston did NOT give her “blessing” to a reunion between Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, despite a new webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this story. We’re told it’s completely made-up.
As Gossip Cop reported, Aniston and Bieber met backstage at “Ellen” on Thursday. And, as is well known, Aniston is friendly with Gomez. That, of course, opened the door for the serial fabricators at HollywoodLife to manufacture an untrue tale that claims Bieber “made quite the impression” on Aniston when they met, and now she fully supports him and Gomez getting back together.
A so-called “source” tells the untrustworthy webloid, “If Selena were to reunite with him in a serious relationship, [Aniston] would most definitely give [the] couple her blessing.” The site’s clearly made-up “insider” adds, “Jennifer thinks Justin is an absolute sweetheart.”
However, Gossip Cop checked in with a rep for Aniston, who exclusively tells us that the actress “literally spent 90 seconds with Justin.” We’re further informed that during their super brief interaction, Aniston simply “said hello, took a photo and she left. There was no lengthy discussion at all, so she barely knows the guy.”
Of course, Gossip Cop is not surprised by HollywoodLies’ latest fabrication. We have exhaustively corrected the webloid countless times for making up wholly inaccurate stories about Bieber and Gomez. And Gomez herself has even publicly slammed the site for lying on several occasions, most recently saying in an October interview, “HollywoodLife is the worst.” Sadly, this Bieber and Gomez tale, which drags in Aniston, is just as bad and equally untrue.
