Alanis Morissette was on Monday’s “Late Late Show with James Corden” during which she celebrated the 20th anniversary of her hit “Ironic” by singing an updated 2015 version of the song, with more modern references about Facebook, Snapchat, iPhones, Uber, Netflix and more. Dressed in the same red knit cap and pigtails she wore for the song’s music video two decades ago, Morissette was joined by a similarly dressed Corden. Watch the hilarious video below.

Like the original song, the two sang about scenarios that were “ironic.” Morissette began singing, “An old friend sends you a Facebook request, and you only find out they’re racist after you accept.” Then Corden crooned, “There’s free office cake on the first day of your diet, it’s like they announce a new iPhone the day after you buy it… Isn’t it ironic?” They then both sang the refrain, “It’s like swiping left on your future soulmate. It’s a Snapchat that you wish you had saved. ”

There were also lines about “a funny tweet that nobody faves” and a “traffic jam when you tried to use Waze,” as well as “it’s like first class on a Southwest plane” and “it’s like Amazon but your package never came.” Morissette and Corden also sang about how the scenarios technically weren’t ironic.
