FKA Twigs does NOT put her career before her relationship with Robert Pattinson, despite a baseless report from an unreliable webloid. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “completely fabricated.”
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, FKA Twigs is allegedly more interested in reaping the benefits of Pattinson’s fame than being in a committed relationship with him. Without a single source to backup its specious claim, the webloid writes, “Her career has become a priority and comes first.”
The untrustworthy site goes on to falsely assert that the couple’s engagement is on “very thin ice,” because it’s supposedly “painfully obvious” that the singer’s career is more important to her. The webloid then adds that FKA Twigs is “shameless” in her alleged attempt to “climb the ranks of notoriety” using Pattinson’s celebrity status.
The only one that’s “shameless” is CDL, a site that’s been repeatedly busted for making up tall tales. Gossip Cop has corrected countless similar wrong stories published by the webloid. We previously called out the blog for wrongly claiming FKA Twigs was dumping Pattinson because her music career had taken off. Shortly after that, Gossip Cop debunked the site’s untrue report about them supposedly breaking up over her alleged “hunger for fame.”
Gossip Cop is told by a source close to the couple that they are in a committed relationship, and in no way does FKA Twigs hold her career in a higher regard than Pattinson. We’re assured this newest claim, like the old ones, is “completely fabricated.”
