Kim Kardashian did NOT get “lip filler injections” while pregnant, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct the story. A rep tells us the claims are completely fabricated.
The allegation comes from MediaTakeOut, which exclaimed on Monday, “WHAT THE FREAK???? Kim Kardashian Is CAUGHT… Getting LIP FILLER INJECTIONS… While She’s PREGANT!!” The accompanying story claims the expectant star “got her lips filled with a FOREIGN SUBSTANCE this weekend. The paparazzi caught her leaving the doctors office.”
“Of course, Kim is VERY MUCH pregnant… and most doctors recommend that you DON’T INJECT FOREIGN SUBSTANCES IN YOUR BODY during pregnancy,” writes the webloid. “But y’all ain’t think that a LIL OLE BABY was gonna stop Kim from making her face look BETTER FOR THE CAMERAS… did you?”
The only thing MTO got right about this story is that Kardashian is pregnant. Which is surprising, considering the outlet repeatedly claimed in the spring and summer that the reality star was faking her pregnancy. But once again, the only liars are the folks at MediaFakeOut.
Kardashian did NOT get lip fillers this weekend, nor was she “spotted leaving the plastic surgeon.” Gossip Cop is exclusively told that the photo the site posted of Kardashian behind the wheel was actually taken as she left her sister’s home. Her rep can even sum up the entire MTO story in one word: “False.”
It’s also worth noting Kardashian posted on Instagram back in July, “No I don’t do fillers or botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that.” She went on to write, “Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up.” Got that, MediaTakeOut?
