Amal Clooney does NOT hate Cindy Crawford, despite a fabricated report from one of this week’s tabloids. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this rumor. We’re told there’s “no truth” to it.
Amal and Crawford’s husbands, George Clooney and Rande Gerber, are very good friends as well as business partners on a brand of tequila. The foursome often vacation together, and both couples have homes very close to each other in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. But according to OK!, Crawford is “Amal’s worst nightmare.” A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “George and Rande arranged for a spa date for their wives, and Amal refused to go.”
The alleged “insider” also claims, “Cindy’s been a good sport and has tried to win Amal over, but it’s been an uphill battle… Cindy would have liked to have found a friend in Amal.” The tabloid doesn’t even bother to indicate a reason behind Amal’s supposed contempt for Crawford. The “source” merely says that while Amal likes to discuss politics, “Cindy would rather chat about something lighter than foreign affairs.”
Amal, Crawford and their significant others have spent numerous getaways together. Aside from constantly hanging out with each other in Cabo, the two couples recently vacationed together in Ibiza. One doesn’t typically spend an extensive amount of time with a person whom they “can’t stand,” as the tabloid alleges.
Regardless of all evidence indicating that a supposed feud between Amal and Crawford is a total fabrication, Gossip Cop still checked in with an Amal source, who laughed off the report before exclusively assuring us there’s “no truth” to any of it.
