Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have reportedly reached an agreement over the custody of their three boys and division of their millions in assets. They will split the physical custody of their kids, though because of Stefani’s work commitments, including her going on tour, Rossdale will actually have the boys more than 50 percent of the time.

As for the money, even though they never had a prenup and California’s community property laws states each party gets half of the combined assets, Rossdale is taking significantly less than 50 percent, according to TMZ. The site says Rossdale agreed to the smaller percentage all in an effort to quickly and more readible resolve the divorce. Stefani has reportedly made $80 million from her music career and successful clothing line, while Rossdale has earned $35 million.

Of course, news of Rossdale and Stefani agreeing on a divorce settlement not surprisingly flies in the face of a recent RadarOnline tale, which alleged the Bush frontman was “demanding more than half of her fortune.” The same webloid also inaccurately claimed Rossdale was “threatening to go to trial if he isn’t given a chunk of Gwen’s fortune.”

As Gossip Cop reported in early August, Steafni filed for divorce from Rossdale after 13 years of marriage. They said in a statement at the time, “While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment.”
