Sean Kingston is reportedly being sued by a Miami landlord who alleges the performer caused thousands of dollars in damage and then broke a rental agreement.

The “Beautiful Girls” singer and his mother rented a $25,000-per-month mansion in the city until last October, at which point the landlord claims they abruptly took off two months before the lease expired, allegedly leaving behind $21,397 in damages to the property.

According to the lawsuit, the estate had broken landscaping lights and holes in the wall, among other reported problems.

The landlord also says his former tenants never paid their final two months’ rent — and now seeks a total of $73,816.85 from Kingston, according to TMZ.

Kingston’s camp has not yet commented on the lawsuit.

Almost exactly one year ago, Kingston was badly hurt in a jet skiing accident off Miami Beach, landing in the hospital for nearly a month.
