Taylor Swift & Steven Tyler Duet! – ARTICLE

Steven Tyler clearly didn't want to "miss a thing" at Taylor Swift's latest "1989" tour stop.

The Aerosmith frontman became the pop star's newest squad member on Friday, when he joined her on stage in Nashville for a duet of his band's 1997 smash "I Don't Want To Miss a Thing."

Teaming up on the hit "Armageddon" theme was a thrill for both Steven and Taylor, as they each took to social media to share their excitement about the performance.

"HOLY SWIFT!!! @TAYLORSWIFT13 ...SHINED SO HOT N BRIGHT SHE MADE THE SUN JEALOUS," the 67-year-old rocker Tweeted. "THANKS FOR THE FUN."

Taylor had kind words to offer, too. The "Wildest Dreams" singer posted a mid-song clip from the show on her own Twitter page, and thanked Steven for his positive energy.

"Singing 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing' with @IamStevenT was an honor," she captioned the vid. "So inspired by how sweet he was to all of us."

She also shared an up-close stage photo on Instagram, giving fans a firsthand look at Steven's scarf-adorned mic stand and her glittery, fringed ensemble.

Taylor said her most recent concert guest marks yet another memorable experience from her record-breaking tour.

"The incredible @iamstevent tonight singing 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing,'" she wrote to accompany the shot, adding, "magical things going down on this tour."
