Rachel Uchitel’s ex-husband Matt Hahn was arrested for harassing her on 9/11, the 14th anniversary of her late fiancé’s death in the September 11th terrorist attacks.

As Gossip Cop has reported, Uchitel was engaged to marry James Andrew O’Grady, who was working as an investment banker when he was killed at the World Trade Center. She had a four-month marriage to a childhood friend a few years later, before finding love with Hahn.

They secretly wed in 2011, and welcomed a baby girl, Wyatt Lily, the following year. Uchitel and Hahn, however, split in 2013, and the divorce was finalized last year. Now it seems things are worse than ever between them, and Hahn allegedly chose 9/11 of all days to launch a scathing verbal attack on his ex-wife, though it’s not clear what sparked the incident.

Uchitel alerted police after Hahn allegedly called her repeatedly last Friday, bad-mouthing her in front of their young daughter. Among other mean-spirited statements, Hahn allegedly told Uchitel “I hope you die” when she has her upcoming brain surgery. Hahn was ultimately arrested for aggravated harassment, and Uchitel has obtained a restraining order, according to TMZ.

As Gossip Cop recently noted, Uchitel’s operation is due to a birth defect known as Arnold–Chiari malformation, which incredibly when undetected for 40 years. The surgery is reportedly set for next Tuesday. Uchitel, of course, is best known as one of Tiger Woods’ mistresses, and for her reality television appearances. She currently runs a children’s clothing boutique. When reached by Gossip Cop regarding Hahn’s alleged harassment, Uchitel declined to comment.
