Howard Stern officially bid farewell to “America’s Got Talent” on Wednesday’s season 10 finale. Check out the goodbye video below.

Stern revealed earlier this year that he will not be returning for another season, making this his last episode. In the first hour of the live broadcast at Radio City Music Hall, Stern again announced his exit, and gave a heartfelt thank you to Nick Cannon for being such a wonderful host. In the second hour, Cannon announced a tribute to “the Howard Stern years.”

The pre-taped segment, filmed entirely in black and white, featured Stern making his way through New York City and reflecting on the four seasons he spent on the NBC competition series. He explained how he was once told he had “no talent,” and it became really important to him to help people realize their dreams. Stern noted how his gig on the family-friendly show has even led parents and children to come up to him in public.

“I’ve had such incredible moments on this show. I really have,” said Stern, admitting, “I still get chills when I walk out on the stage.” When the package ended, Cannon asked Stern to say a few words, and in addition to praising the host again, the shock jock said, “I want to say to the fellow judges, the judging panel, we have real chemistry. I love them all.”

Stern went on to praise all the “talent” he’s seen, and the show’s producers and behind-the-scenes staff. “I could go on and on,” he said. “It’s really been a great experience. And thank you for the people at home for being so accepting of me.”

The soon-to-be former judge then received a standing ovation not just from the crowd, but also his co-stars. Howie Mandel stepped over to give Stern a hug, and Heidi Klum and Mel B followed. Watch below. TELL US: Are you disappointed Howard Stern is leaving “America’s Got Talent”?
