Brothers Sean and Bryan Furst, whose credits include The CW's 'Star-Crossed,' will oversee production for Skybound Entertainment.
The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman and his Skybound Entertainment banner have added two heads of productions.
Veteran producers (and brothers) Sean and Bryan Furst have been tapped to oversee production on all Skybound television and film projects, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The duo, whose credits include The CW's Star-Crossed and Showtime's upcoming Andrew Dice Clay comedy, will oversee production on all of the company's projects, including those films in development as part of Skybound's two-year first-look deal with Universal. On the TV side, they'll also be charged with developing projects for Kirkman and Dave Alpert's Skybound via the company's overall deal with AMC.

"Sean and Bryan are great producers, fellow travelers and truly good people. We’ve been looking to find a way to work with them for years, now we’ve done it. This is the perfect way for us to expand our film and television production arm,” Skybound founders Kirkman and Alpert said in a joint statement.
In addition to their TV work, the Fursts have also produced features The Matador and The Cooler.
"We are fired-up to be joining Skybound," the Furst brothers said in a joint statement. "Robert and David have built an incredibly vibrant, multifaceted media business, and we are looking forward to working with them and the entire Skybound team to bring boundary-pushing, creator-driven stories across all platforms."
Skybound is a multiplatform entertainment company that publishes Image Comics' The Walking Dead and the AMC series as well as its companion, Fear the Walking Dead. The company also has Cinemax's comic adaptation of Kirkman's exorcism comic Outcast coming and released its first feature film, AIR, starring The Walking Dead favorite Norman Reedus.
