Kim Richards accepted a plea deal on Monday stemming from her drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel on April 16. In addition to having to serve three years probation, attend 52 AA meetings, and do 30 days of community labor, the reality star is also banned from the Los Angeles hotel.

As Gossip Cop reported, Richards was charged in May with battery on a police officer, public intoxication, and resisting arrest after barricading herself inside a bathroom at the iconic hotel. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was forcibly removed from the property and later kicked a police officer while being booked.

Richards wasn’t in court when the plea deal was announced, but her lawyer accepted the offer on her behalf, saving her from a possible two and a half years in jail. One stipulation of the agreement that still remains unresolved, however, is Richards’ lawyer’s request that his client serve community service as opposed to community labor. Her lawyer claims the reality star sustained a foot injury that prevents her from performing physical tasks. Prosecutors will only agree to that term if Richards can supply sufficient medical records to back up the claim. That final part of the deal is expected to be settled by September 14.
