Jennifer Aniston has not demanded that Justin Theroux film the third season of “The Leftovers” in California, so she can keep an eye on him, despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this fabricated story. We’re told it’s not true.

Shortly after his and Aniston’s two-week honeymoon in Bora Bora, Theroux had to return to Austin, Texas to continue shooting season two of his HBO show. Now, according to In Touch, Aniston is upset that her husband had to go back to work so soon after they got married. The magazine claims the actress demanded that the next season of his series be filmed close to their home. “She has asked Justin to request that the third season of ‘The Leftovers’ be shot in California,” a so-called source tells the tabloid.

In addition to being an actor, Theroux is also an accomplished screenwriter, who has co-written the scripts for such movies as Tropic Thunder and the upcoming Zoolander 2. The tabloid’s alleged “insider” says Aniston also “wants him to have written into his contracts that he’s not required to be on sets for movie’s he’s written.”

A rep for Aniston, however, exclusively tells Gossip Cop the magazine’s latest tale is “complete BS.” We’re told Aniston has always been supportive of Theroux’s career, and is not trying to compromise his work by making demands.

Of course, In Touch is the same outlet that Gossip Cop has busted numerous times for manufacturing inaccurate stories about Aniston and Theroux. Earlier this month, we busted a wrong report from the magazine that claimed Aniston had adopted a six-month-old baby girl. And in October 2014, Gossip Cop also exclusively shot down the tabloid’s story that Aniston dumped Theroux on their wedding day.
