"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." has another Inhuman on the way – Lash.
Former NFL player Matthew Willig ("Year One," "Chuck") is set to take on the role in Season 3 of the ABC series.
Lash is described as "a monstrous Inhuman whose loyalties remain ambiguous,” according to Marvel and the network.

Matthew is one of the many actors set to appear on "S.H.I.E.L.D." this season. Also joining the cast are Constance Zimmer, who is playing the head of the Advanced Threat Containment Unit, her partner, Banks, played by Andrew Howard ("Hell on Wheels," "Taken 3"), and Juan Pablo Raba (Netflix's "Narcos"), who is playing Inhuman Joey.
Joey is "struggling to harness his newfound abilities," according to Marvel and ABC.

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns Tuesday, September 29 at 9/8c on ABC.
