The "Suicide Squad" is hardcore committing to their "skwad" life!

The cast and director David Ayer took their love of their upcoming DC movie to a permanent level – with Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn holding the tattoo needle!

The film's director wasn't the only one that Harley Quinn left her mark on – Jai Courtney, who plays Captain Boomerang, also got a "skwad" tat.

And it got even crazier, when Will Smith, who is playing Deadshot, inked Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg).
