Little Mix brought “Black Magic” to the “Today” show on Wednesday as part of the Toyota Summer Concert Series. Watch below!
Throughout the summer, the morning show invites popular music acts to stage concerts right in New York City’s Rockefeller Center. Also invited: Hundreds of fans who can watch big-name stars perform for free. And while most of the events are held on Fridays, Little Mix was brought in for a hump day boost.
The girl group, of course, performed their latest single, “Black Magic,” and are expected to do another song soon. “Black Magic” is the lead song off Little Mix’s upcoming third album. The record, called Get Weird, is slated to be released in November.
As Gossip Cop has reported, Little Mix has been on a whirlwind promo tour in the United States. They came to Los Angeles earlier this month, and performed at Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards. They appeared on the “Late Late Show” with James Corden on Monday, and eventually made their way to New York for “Today.”
This stop was extra-special, though, because it coincided with the group’s fourth anniversary. Like One Direction, Little Mix came to be through The X Factor UK, except they actually won the whole competition back in 2011. Little Mix previously appeared on “Today” last year, where they performed “Wings.” How does the new performance compare? Check out the videos below!
