Caitlyn Jenner “I Am Cait” Season 2 NOT Set To Follow “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” Despite Report (EXCLUSIVE)

I Am Cait Second Season Keeping Up with the Kardashians

(E!)

Caitlyn Jenner’s “I Am Cait” is NOT set to directly follow “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” for its second season, despite a new report. Gossip Cop is exclusively told the story is completely baseless.

According to RadarOnline, “The next season of ‘I Am Cait’ will air after ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians,’ riding on Kris’ momager coattails.” The webloid quotes a so-called “insider” as saying, “‘I Am Cait’ is losing viewers every week. So E! has decided that for the second season, it will air after ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’” Of course, the site has no details about when this would happen and at what time the shows would air.

Instead, RadarOnline uses the allegation to fuel a supposed reality show rivalry between Kris and Caitlyn. “Caitlyn isn’t happy that once again, she will be dependent on the Kardashians for success, and she absolutely hates losing to Kris,” the alleged “insider” tells the outlet. But while Kris and Caitlyn no doubt have issues to work through, there is no plans in the works right now to put their respective shows on the schedule together.

In fact, Gossip Cop has exclusively learned RadarOnline has totally “jumped the gun.” Season one of “I Am Cait” is only just halfway through its eight episodes. It’s premature at this point to declare whether or not the series will return for a second season. So, as for the claim that a season two of “I Am Cait” will air directly following “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Gossip Cop is told that right now, “There is no fact supporting it.”
