'Big Brother' still wins the night, albeit down a shade from the previous Thursday.

Pre-season football preemptions across the broadcast networks inflated most of the early numbers for Thursday night. And now that the dust has settled, the real ratings are all pretty much on par with last week.

While the NFL Network was averaging a 0.9 rating among adults 18-49 for its telecast of the Patriots-Packers game, Big Brother still emerged the night's biggest victor with a 1.9 rating in the key demo. Still, that was down three-tenths of a point from last Thursday's episode. Under the Dome averaged a steady 0.8 rating with adults 18-49.

The ABC block of Astronaut Wives Club (0.6 adults), Mistresses (0.7 adults) and Rookie Blue (0.6 adults) were all unmoved from last week's showings.

Food Fighters took a two-tenths of a point hit on NBC, averaging a 0.7 rating in the key demo. Dateline Mystery (0.9 adults) was down by the same measure.

Boom! was also fatigued against football, slipping two-tenths of a point to a 0.5 rating with adults 18-49.
