Robert Pattinson hung out at a pub in Belfast, Ireland with a lucky fan named Shannon Millar, who snapped a photo with the star. Not surprisingly, the 22-year-old woman posted the photo on Twitter of her sitting next to Pattinson inside The Salty Dog bar. See a larger version of the picture below!
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Pattinson is currently in Ireland filming his new movie The Lost City of Z. The film is an adaptation of the David Grann book of the same name, and recounts the true story of 1920s British explorer Percy Fawcett, who disappeared in the Amazon rainforest while searching for an ancient lost city.
Millar, who spotted Pattinson with his big bushy beard at the bar on Wednesday, told the site Belfast Live, “I just thought I would go out and ask for a picture. I said hi and introduced myself and asked if he was enjoying Bangor,” a county in Belfast. The fan related, “He said he was there because he was working. He didn’t really speak a lot. There was another guy with him, but I did not realize he was a celebrity.” That other guy was Charlie Hunnam, Pattinson’s Lost City of Z co-star.
Last week, Gossip Cop similarly noted that Pattinson had posed for fan photos in Belfast, one on a flight that was headed for London, and another on the city’s streets. Pattinson is slated to spend the next month filming The Lost City of Z in Northern Ireland, so expect more fan photos to pop up.
