Selena Gomez portrays Anastasia Steele in a Fifty Shades of Grey parody by Funny or Die.
The video opens with Gomez in her bed reading the erotic novel by E L James until she’s interrupted by a maintenance man knocking at her door.

Her sultry reading material causes her to fall immediately in lust with the painter (Nick Kroll), even though he’s disgusting, obnoxious and finds her very irritating.
It’s a pretty good riff on the effect James’ book is having on its female readers.
