Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy performed a sexy, steamy swimsuit dance on the “Dancing With the Stars” 10th anniversary special, which aired on Tuesday. Watch below!
As Gossip Cop reported at the time, Monaco, the first-ever winner of the ABC competition, and Chmerkovskiy were paired up for the all-star season in 2012, when returning competitors had another shot of winning the Mirror Ball Trophy. The pair ultimately placed third, but their chemistry was off the charts. And their intense connection even prompted off-screen dating rumors.
Though nearly three years have passed since then, Monaco and Chmerkovskiy gave a new performance for the milestone show that was hotter than ever. While the “General Hospital” actress donned a bikini, Chmerkovskiy actually wore nothing but a speedo. The couple started their intense routine clothed before stripping down and heating things up. Oh, and did we mention there was water involved? Talk about wet and wild! Chmerkovskiy even tweeted after was broadcast, “Well that happened. #DWTS10Anniversary #sorrymom.”
As Gossip Cop reported, the anniversary program, which taped last week, kicked off with an epic group dance number featuring 45 former and current stars. Chmerkovskiy’s brother Maksim, who won his first Mirror Ball last year with partner Meryl Davis, even returned for the festivities. Chmerkovskiy, of course, is also competing on the current 20th season of “Dancing with the Stars,” in which he and partner Rumer Willis have been considered frontrunners.
