Patti LaBelle had some shoe difficulty on Monday night's "Dancing with the Stars," and ended up getting sent home.
While the singing legend was sad to go, she knows she's made a friend for life in her dance partner, Artem Chigvintsev.
"I'm so happy I met this one. I met a great friend," Patti told Access Hollywood of Artem, following her elimination on Monday. "We'll be seeing each other after this. This is not the end of our lives together."

And the love is mutual. Artem said the 70-year-old continually surprised and impressed him, week after week.
"I had the most incredible six weeks. Every single week brings joy and happiness… she always surprised me on the night [our of performances]," he said.
Patti will not be hanging up her dancing shoes. She plans to add some of the technique she's learned from the show into her concert routines.
"I've always danced in my shows, but not like this. I'll have a one-partner dance with somebody," she said. "Somebody maybe from the audience – I don't know."
As for who she thinks will take home the "DWTS" Season 20 prize, Patti said, "Rumer's gonna win. Oh yeah."
