“Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban never see each other because of their jam-packed work schedules, and sources say their marriage [is] suffering,” claims OK! magazine in a story Gossip Cop can debunk.
According to the tabloid, the couple’s professional commitments will keep them apart even after she wraps shooting on Lion in Australia and he finishes the “American Idol” season in Los Angeles. The country singer has announced summer tour dates, and OK! predicts trouble.
“He was hoping she might come along, but she’s over it. She hates sleeping on a tour bus. It’s no place for a wife and children,” explains a so-called “source” for the outlet, which goes on to say that Urban is ignoring Kidman’s wishes that he spend more time at home. “He doesn’t see why he should give up his career, which is booming right now,” says the OK! source.
The magazine alleges, “The relationship is so tense, friends say, the couple could be headed for a split.” According to the tabloid’s source, “Something’s going to have to give, or they’re not going to make it.”
Maybe what’s going to “give” is the endless parade of bogus tabloid stories about Urban and Kidman allegedly having problems. OK! has previously been guilty of fabricating an alleged fight between the stars over her mother, and just last month, a made-up “$200 million divorce” report floated around until Gossip Cop debunked it. We can shoot down the latest story, too. A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop there’s “no truth” to reported trouble between Kidman and Urban.
