Miley Cyrus is again blasting Indiana’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which has been widely condemned for discriminating against the LGBT community.

As Gossip Cop reported, Cyrus called Indiana’s governor Mike Pence an “a**hole” last week after he signed the legislation, which, when it goes into effect in July, will essentially allow businesses to refuse to serve gays and lesbians based on religious beliefs. Cyrus joined her brother Braison in slamming both the new law and Pence, who announced on Tuesday that it will be slightly tweaked.

But in an Instagram post hours after Pence’s press conference, Cyrus said she “won’t give up” on protesting the act and fighting for equal rights. “In honor of #transdayofvisibility say #f*ckdatsh*t to Indianas #RFRA It is unevolved & unjust!” wrote Cyrus. She continued, “You may hear that this bill isn’t what the big bad liberals are making it out to be! That this isn’t a discriminatory act it is just to protect the ‘consciousness’ of Christians! To judge anyone for how they want to express themselves or their love to another human is WRONG no matter how these f*ckers sugar coat it.”

Cyrus went on, “THE BIBLE SAYS (if that’s what we are realllllly basing a 2015 bill on) ‘the way that you judge others will be the way that you will be judged’ Which I hope is just as harshly and unfair as those apart of Indiana’s LGBT community!” She added at the end of her message, “The fight for freedom isn’t over! I won’t give up!” The singer later posted a meme of Indiana Jones saying “I’m changing my name to Nevada Jones,” and wrote in the caption, “Bahahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahah #f*ckdatsh*t #IndianasRFRAsucks.” What do you think of Cyrus’ latest comments?
