If you've been following our Avengers: Age of Ultron coverage, you know that Marvel's mightiest heroes have been shooting in Italy, where — among many incredible set photos of wanton destruction — this candid gem was taken:

The photo credits seem to indicate (spoiler? who knows) that this is Aaron Taylor Johnson (probably not?), the actor bringing Quicksilver to life. We know the voice of Ultron, James Spader, is using some degree of motion-capture to bring the mechanical despot to life, but there's no real indication that it's Spader either.
