Selena Gomez is not having $20,000 butt surgery, and she most assuredly would not get it for Justin Bieber, despite an absurd claim from an even more absurd webloid. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct the rumor. We’re told it’s “such a stupid lie.”
According to the embarrassingly inaccurate Celeb Dirty Laundy, Gomez is not over Bieber and believes the way to her ex-boyfriend’s heart is via a bigger butt. The amateur psychiatrists at the webloid allege that Gomez’s self-esteem and ego have been destroyed after her relationship with Bieber, and a really big rump would cure all of that. The site says Gomez has diligently studied the various women who have come in and out of Bieber’s life, and upon “careful examination,” she concluded that the common denominator has been they’ve all had larger behinds.
The blog then quotes the equally unreliable OK! as saying, “Selena has always hated how flat her butt is, and she doesn’t care if she has to drop $20,000 to get the derriere of her dreams.” Of course, the brain trust at CDL doesn’t realize that the magazine’s (made up) quote about how she’s supposedly “always hated” her butt undermines its entirely fabricated premise that Gomez now wants a bigger behind because of Bieber.
Solid reporting and logic, of course, have never been the webloid’s strong suit. As you may recall, Gossip Cop has repeatedly exposed CDL for making up stories, including one which claimed Gomez was going to leak nude photos and video of Bieber. That was 100 percent untrue, as was a fabricated tale two weeks ago about them secretly meeting up in Paris. Now, an actual Gomez insider tells Gossip Cop exclusively the site’s latest claim about her getting butt surgery for Bieber is “a stupid lie.”
