Jennifer Lopez has premiered the official music video for “Feel The Light.” The song comes from the soundtrack for Home, the new animated movie featuring the voices of Rihanna, Steve Martin and Jim Parsons. Lopez’s video is out of this world. Watch it below.
The film Home is about a little girl who is separated from her mom when aliens take over Earth. Hilarity, poignant moments and lessons ensue. Rihanna provides the voice for the little girl, while Lopez plays her mother. On Thursday’s “American Idol,” Lopez performed a live version of “Feel The Light,” marking the judge’s first such performance this season.
In a recent interview, Lopez had high praise for Rihanna. “I’m a huge Rihanna fan… and I feel like she’s such a girl’s girl, which I love, because I’m a girl’s girl, and she seems very sweet,” she told E! “And I love the edginess about her and I think she did a really great job in this film.” Rihanna’s song “Towards The Sun” is also on the soundtrack.
In the official “Feel The Light” music video, directed by Hype Williams, Lopez is seen singing in a variety of otherworldly settings. We also see a bunch of Home clips. Watch the video below, and tell us what you think!
