Kim Kardashian has NOT dumped Kanye West. She has NOT sold a “divorce” story to a gossip weekly. The couple remains together. MediaTakeOut made up everything in its bogus report on Tuesday. Gossip Cop can debunk the rumor.
According to the webloid, which has been spreading lies about Kardashian and West for years (including endless split speculation), the reality star has “OFFICIALLY dropped” her husband. MediaTakeOut alleges that Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, negotiated an “EXCLUSIVE” with one of the tabloids, which “will officially break the news tomorrow.”
“We’re told there was a BIDDING WAR for the story, and that Kim and Kris will be paid more than $500K for the story,” claims MTO. The site says the story will “announce that Kim’s filing for divorce.” Of course, what MediaTakeOut fails to say is which magazine won this supposed bidding war. Because that would require the story be true. Oh, and the outlet also adds the allegation that Kardashian is “no longer wearing her ring.”
It’s fascinating how many lies can be packed into such a short story. First of all, Kardashian IS still wearing her wedding band. She occasionally takes off her engagement ring, like when she goes to the gym. More importantly, there’s NO “divorce” story. No tabloid is going to come out on Wednesday officially announcing a Kardashian-West split. There could be the typical PHONY divorce story constantly regurgitated by the same wrong magazines. But Kardashian has NOT sold one, because there’s NO divorce. A rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively the MTO report is “completely false.”
