A sobbing Heidi Montag “forgives” Lauren Conrad for “ruining” her life in an emotional scene from “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars,” which also features an enraged Spencer Pratt freaking out at a stand-in for the television producers he blames for destroying his life. Watch the videos below.
In the episode, Montag and Pratt are asked to confront their “personal demons” by forgiving people who had a negative impact on their past. For reasons that are very unclear, Montag thinks Conrad fits the bill, and unloads on a “Marriage Boot Camp” person standing in for her former “The Hills” co-star.
“I was the best friend you’ve ever had,” Montag tells the faux “Conrad,” adding, “Lauren, I forgive you for being so insecure in your life and so frustrated for everything that you went through that you felt like you had to blame it on me because that was easier. I forgive you for trying to ruin my life.”
Pratt, meanwhile, is NOT happy about how a “former television producer” tried to “sabotage” him and destroy his marriage to Montag. So he screams at someone pretending to be that producer. It’s intense. See the tense moments in the videos below, and tell us what you think.
