Justin Bieber got a laugh out of the “Saturday Night Live” spoof of his Calvin Klein ads. After the unflattering parody went viral on Sunday, The Biebs tweeted, “@nbcsnl well played. Lol.” If you haven’t seen the “SNL” video, watch it below.
“SNL” showed two mock commercials riffing on Bieber’s recent black-and-white spots with model Lara Stone. Kate McKinnon played Bieber as childish and desperate to demonstrate his masculinity. In the first fake ad, McKinnon’s Bieber tells the camera things like, “I’m a big boy now,” and “I’m not supposed to drink, but I do.” The faux Bieber also points to his conspicuously bulging crotch and declares, “Yeah, my pee pee’s in there.” The second “SNL” ad continues the theme, showing Bieber riding around on a child’s scooter while talking about his muscles and calling his Calvin Klein underwear “clothes for my big wiener.”
Of course, Bieber also previously responded to the controversy over the actual Calvin Klein ads, which became the subject of scrutiny when observers pointed out that they appeared to have been digitally altered to enhance Bieber’s muscles and bulge. Last week, the singer posted a shot of himself wearing nothing but a towel, captioning it, “Photoshop lol.” Bieber’s been doing a lot of laughing out loud recently. Watch the “SNL” video below, and tell us what you think.
