Kristen Stewart paid tribute to Twilight during her appearance Thursday on “Late Night With Seth Meyers,” refuting claims that she’s actively trying to separate herself from the franchise that made her an international superstar. Watch the videos below!

Meyers broached the topic by saying, “You did these big movies. Was it Twilit?” Stewart amusingly replied, “It’s lit by the Twi, yeah. I really don’t know what that is. I stopped thinking about it. I tried to figure it out for a really long time and then I was like, eh.”

More seriously, the host went on to say that Stewart has both embraced and distanced herself from her most famous set of films. The actress didn’t really agree. “Seriously, those are my high school years,” she told Meyers. “I am in no way choosing little indie movies to step away from it. There’s a through line in all of my projects.”

Stewart continued, “I don’t know what I’m doing. I very impulsively go to one thing to the next to the next to the next. So, Twilight blew up, and I still look at it as being something that made me who I am. And in no way am I distancing myself. I’m just trying to do cool stuff.”

Stewart’s latest “cool stuff” is Still Alice, and she also told Meyers that one would have to be a “sociopath” to be unaffected by Julianne Moore’s performance in the film, and noted that co-star Alec Baldwin “is the farthest thing from an a-hole.” And one comment from Meyers prompted Stewart to tell him, “None of your business!” What was it? Check out the videos below!
