There was one lone standing ovation on Wednesday’s “American Idol” – and it was for none other than Joshua Ledet.
The contestant, who has been on a weeks-long ovation streak with the judges, impressed them once again with his take on “To Love Somebody” by the Bee Gees.
In fact, when Randy Jackson called Ledet “one of the best singers ever” on the show, Jennifer Lopez went a bit further.
She said Ledet was “one of the best singers I’ve seen in 50 years.”
